汇报题目：《津市毛里湖国家湿地公园生物多样性示范项目环境影响报告表》（第一至第三章）汉英翻译实践报告

内容简介：

   本翻译项目的文本为津市毛里湖国家湿地公园生物多样性示范项目环境影响报告表，来自于成都市思译翻译有限公司已承接的翻译业务，授权在一个月内完成，通过翻译公司专业人员的指导，形成完整、准确、可读性强的翻译文本。

环评报告书即环境影响评价报告书，是新建、扩建、改建项目对环境造成的影响的预见性评定。根据对项目所在地、土壤的监测，对项目所用原材料、可能产生的废弃物、项目的环保设施的设计的评价，从而评估项目建成对环境的影响。从文本类型看，本报告书属于信息型文本；从文本内容来看，主题是湿地公园建设涉及的环保问题。

译文修改：

例1：

ST：社区的生活污水基础设施，进行统一规划和提升，防止臭味逸散，改善社区环境，同时，实现生活污水处理的循环利用，用于森林植被和有机蔬菜的浇灌；社区内增设景观照明系统，优先选用配备有太阳能光电系统的照明设施，以达到节能环保的目的。

研讨反思：在处理上一些，没有省略那些多余的形容词部分，其次在第二句的中文理解上，不是在原有的基础上进行加装，这样导致意思的曲解。所以直接翻译为在社区中增加配备有太阳能光电系统的照明设施，以此达到节能环保的目的。

例2：

ST: 由于湿地是陆地与水体的过渡地带，因此它同时兼具丰富的陆生和水生动植物资源，形成了其它任何单一生态系统都无法比拟的天然基因库和独特的生境，特殊的水文、土壤和气候条件造就了毛里湖及周边地区复杂且完备的动植物群落，具有丰富的动植物资源。

TT: Because the wetland is a transition zone between land and water, it is rich in both terrestrial and aquatic plant and animal resources, forming a natural gene pool and unique habitat unmatched by any other single ecosystem. 研讨反思：在这句话的处理上，没有将文章中的逻辑结构梳理出来导致翻译出来的时候，文中的由于没有省去。

例3

ST：同时，为消除现有低矮桥梁桥体对行洪道行洪能力的阻塞和行洪期对桥体的冲击风险，并满足基本通行需求，对现有桥梁进行基础设施升级改造，提升桥体高度和宽度。

TT：At the same time, in order to eliminate the blocking of the existing low bridge body to the flood discharge capacity of the flood passage and the impact risk of the flood discharge period on the bridge body, and meet the basic traffic needs. 反思：这句话的翻译上没有考虑到中英文的差异，中文一般先举例子，最后在得出结论，而英文先说主要内容，其他的部分后面再说。

研讨反思：

通过此次翻译研讨，对翻译的过程有了更加清楚的认识，主要的收获有以下三点：

第一、关于报告表的平行文本的研读还不够，在翻译的过程中，关于环境评估报告表的风格没有对应上。

第二、在句法结构的处理上，还存在问题，尤其是定语和状语的位置于中心句的位置关系上处理地不够好，例如，状语在句子中，修饰的是否为整体还是部分，然后在确定其位置关系。

第三、例子的翻译上大多数都是直译，对于文本研读还不够仔细，一些句子上隐含的逻辑关系没有翻译出。
