Chinese Football Reform Massively Launches
On February 17th, President Xi Jinping and officials from relevant departments discussed the issue of the football reform during the Central Reform Conference. TheOverall Scheme of Chinese Football Reformwas passed in the meeting, which marks the official beginning of the Chinese Football Reform.
On March 16th, theSchemewas formally published on the Chinese Government Network including more than 50 concrete plans. The first step of the reform is to formulate medium-term and long-term plan for the development of football. To promote teenagers’ ability to play football is the key to promote the overall physical quality of the whole nation. So the most important task is to nurture teenagers’ interest in football. And the ultimate aims of the reform are to successfully apply to host the FIFA World Cup and to build a strong national team that can qualify for the World Cup. At present, the reform has got positive responses from people all over the country, and the Chinese Football Reform has massively started.
President Xi Jinping said that the Chinese dream of achieving the great renaissance of the China is closely related with the construction of a powerful sports country. Football is the world’s biggest sports, therefore, football culture has an inapproachable influence in the world. The development of football is the weakest point in Chinese sports, which means that to achieve rapid development of football is the only way to build a really powerful sports country. All in all, we have every reason to believe that China will catch up with other countries and become a football giant in the near future.
中国足球改革火热开展
今年2月17日，国家主席习近平在中央深改小组会议上与相关部门官员深入讨论了关于足球改革的问题，会议通过了《中国足球改革总体方案》，标志着中国拉正式开足球改革的序幕。
3月16日，中国政府网正式公布了这一方案，共包括50余条改革措施。改革的第一步就是制定中国足球中长期发展规划。方案指出，提高青少年足 球能力是提高全民整体体育素质的关键，因此当前最重要的工作就是全面提升青少年的足球兴趣。方案还指出，成功申办世界杯足球赛并建成一支能够征战世界杯的强大国家队是中国足球发展的终极目标。目前，这一改革方案已得到全国各地积极响应，足球改革的热潮已在全国掀起。
习近平指出，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦与建设体育强国息息相关，足球是世界第一大运动，足球文化在世界上具有无可比拟的影响力。中国足球是中国体育事业发展中最薄弱的环节，因此，大力促进足球发展是建设体育强国的必由之路。对此，我们有理由相信在不久的将来，中国足球的发展定会赶超其他国家成为世界足球巨人。

A Sequel of Frozen Confirmed Officially by Disney
“Frozen 2is coming soon!” The sequel of the hitFrozenhas finally attained confirmation. With the official announcement by Disney, the news created a sensation among the fans about the sequel ofFrozen.
On March 12th, the official Twitter of Disney said: “weather forecast: ‘dreamy winter’ is coming! Walt Disney Pictures has been collaborating with the well-known director Jenifer Lee to makeFrozen 2.”According to the report fromVariety, the engaging news was proclaimed at the annual meeting of Disney in San Francisco.
It has been confirmed that Josh Gad, who dubbed for the lovable snowman Olaf inFrozen, will continue to do so in the sequel. He shared the ecstatic news with 121 thousand followers on his Twitter. He said “Guess what! Get ready for Frozen 2! ” Furthermore, it’s disclosed that Christina Perri will still dub the little princess Anna. The dubbing team ofFrozenwill almost remain in the sequel if everything goes as expected.
With an aggregate of more than 1.3 billion box offices grossed byFrozenin 2013, conspicuously Disney has made a sensible decision for the sequel. Though the explicit releasing time of the film is uncertain, the fans can enjoy the trailer calledFrozen: Birthday Surpriseon March 13th.

迪士尼官方推特在3月12日发推文称：“天气预报：‘冬天’要来了！迪士尼动画正与导演珍妮弗·李制作《冰雪奇缘2》”《综艺》杂志报道称，旧金山迪士尼一年一度的股东大会上宣布了这条令人激动的消息。
《冰雪奇缘》中可爱雪人奥拉夫（Olaf）的配音员乔什确定将在续集里出演，他在第一时间和12.1万的推特粉丝分享了这一消息。他写道：“没错！《冰雪奇缘2》就要来了！”
据透露克里斯丁将继续出演安娜，不出意外的话，主要配音演员都会在续集中回归。
对迪士尼而言，这个决定是有票房潜力的。2013年11月上映的第一部获得了13亿美元的高票房。虽然电影的上映日期还未公布。但是在此期间粉丝们可以在3月13日欣赏到短片《冰雪奇缘：生日惊喜》。

The fluctuation of Oil price presentsnew employment directions for students in petroleum universities
On March 18th, Professor Yang Bozhi from the Petroleum and Gas Development Research Center, delivered a lecture in Room A114 Sixue Building about the evolution of global economic and political structure in the context of fluctuating international oil price.
As the blood of modern civilization, petroleum is connected with many aspects such as nature, economy, finance, politics, society, culture and etc. In the second half of 2014, international oil price dropped off rapidly, which meant that the investment in exploration and exploitation withered and that the workload declined dramatically in the three major state-owned petroleum enterprises. It also means a fiercer competition among students in petroleum universities to get a job in these three major petroleum enterprises. Professor Yang expounded that China should seize opportunities to accelerate the speed of reform and quicken the pace of business restructuring and integration and internationalization.
In fact, the number of newly-recruited graduates has been reducing in the three major petroleum corporations in recent years. Professor Yang suggests that college students choose small petroleum enterprises because their demand for talents is fairly high.
油价波动，石油院校学子就业有新风向
3月18日，四川石油天然气发展研究中心的杨博之教授在思学楼A114进行了一场关于国际石油价格动荡中的全球经济政治格局演变的讲座。
石油作为现代文明血液，结合了自然，经济，金融，政治，社会，文化等多重元素。2014下半年以后，国际油价掉头下滑，意味着国有三大公司勘探开发投资萎缩，工作量大幅下跌。这也预示了石油院校学生跨入三大石油企业之门的竞争更加激烈。杨教授表示，中国应该抓住机遇，加快改革，加快业务重组整合和国际化步伐。
事实上，三大石油公司每年新招收的毕业生人数也在逐渐减少。杨教授建议同学们可以选择小型石油企业，因为小型石油公司对人才的需求非常大。

The Self-service Printing System forUndergraduates’ Comprehensive Educational Administration Put Into Trial Operation
In the winter vocation, the office of educational administration, together with the manufactures of the new self-service printing system, has completed its preparations, including hardware testing, data preparing, print paper designing, page composing and so forth. The self-service printing system for undergraduates’ comprehensive educational administration has been installed at the start of this year and will be put into trial operation in this semester.
Looking like an ATM, the 3 service terminals are installed at the hallway of Sixue Building. Undergraduates can log in the self-service printing system by swiping their own e-cards or using their accounts and passwords of educational administration system, and finish the self-service printing following prompts of the system. At present, it’s capable of printing academic transcripts and the proof of study, both in Chinese and in English. Undergraduates can print 16 transcripts and proofs of study for free, and only pay for the cost of the extra ones.
It’s reassuring that there are multiple false proof marks on the paper for transcripts and the studying certificates. In the first two weeks of this term, it has printed 1,600 certificates and transcripts for undergraduates. Previously, undergraduates had to beat up and down between the school’s teaching office and the office of educational administration to get these materials. Statistic shows that the office of educational administration would issue about 500 transcripts and certificates every month, and far more in the graduation seasons. But now with this assistant system, it not only simplifies the procedures and saves time, but also eliminates the possible errors of manual work.
红宝石官方网站hbs123本科生综合教务自助打印系统投入试运行
本科生综合教务自助打印系统于今年年初安装，寒假期间，教务处和厂家一起完成了硬件测试、数据准备、打印用纸的设计和页面排版等工作，并于本学期开学投入试运行。
该系统服务终端设在思学楼门厅，共3台，外观像银行自助柜员机。本科生持本人一卡通刷卡或使用教务系统账号和密码登陆自助打印系统，根据提示操作即可完成自助打印。目前，本科生通过该系统可以打印的材料包括中文成绩单、英文成绩单、中文在读证明和英文在读证明。学校将为同学们免费提供16份各类成绩单和证明，超过此数量才会以成本价收费。
该系统所使用的成绩单和在读证明纸张具有多重防伪标记。开学两周来已为同学们出具相关成绩和证明1600余份。以前，红宝石官方网站hbs123本科生办理成绩单、在学证明等需要在学院教学办公室和教务处之间要来回跑。据统计，教务处每月要为同学们出具成绩和相关证明500余份，毕业季的数量就更大了。该系统的投入使用，简化了手续，节约了时间，也避免了人工出错的可能。

the Opening Ceremony of the International Social Worker Day
In order to solemnize the 9th International Social Worker Day, the opening ceremony of the International Social Worker Day, sponsored by the School of Law and undertaken by the Zhaoyang Association of social workers, was held successfully in Room A 114 of Sixue Academic Building on March 17th, 2015.
To start with, the host played video clips to help the students familiarize the development of the social work in the modern society and its promotional function to the society in the future.
Next, Xia Yanfang, a teacher specilizing in the social work, made a speech on behalf of all the staff of the School of Law. She introduced the history of the development of the International Social Worker Association and the great achievements made by Chinese social workers in the process of catching up with the International Social Worker Association. Next, Zhao Shuang , a student representative, shared his work experience and achievements in social work in the past two years. As the head in charge of the Soaring Social Work Organization in Jinjiang District of Chengdu, he warmly welcomed the students who major in social work to promote social work together in the future. This conference not only made both the teachers and students from the School of Law learned more about the social work, but also let them appreciate the hard work and achievements of these students.
Finally, Tan Zuxue, the vice dean of the School of Law, made a concluding speech. She extened her sincere wish to the social work students, and encouraged them to take on their responsibility and mission, to participate in social practice actively, and to make further contribution to the people and society.
法学院举行国际社工日开幕式
为了隆重庆祝国际第九个社工日，2015年3月17日,由法学院主办，朝阳社工协会承办的国际社工日开幕仪式在思学楼A114成功举办。
首先，主持人通过播放短片来让同学们了解社会工作在现代社会的蓬勃发展及其对未来社会的促进作用。接下来，由社会工作夏延芳老师代表法学院全体教职工讲话，她介绍了国际社联的发展历史及中国社会工作在与国际社联不断接轨中所取得的巨大成就。夏延芳老师讲完话后，由赵双同学分享了自己近两年在社会工作方面的工作经验与取得的成就，他作为成都市锦江区翱翔社会工作机构的主要负责人，非常欢迎社会工作专业的学生今后能够与自己携手发展。本次大会不仅让法学院的师生们了解了社会工作这一专业，更让师生们领略了社会工作专业学生的表演风采。
最后，法学院副院长谭祖雪老师对本次大会做总结发言。她对社会工作专业的学生寄于殷切希望，鼓励社会工作者敢于担当历史责任与使命，积极参加社会实践，为人民与社会不断贡献自己的力量。
