Chinese Premier Urges Reform on Doctor's Training System
On November 27th, the Executive Meeting of the State Council was held to promote the reform of clinicians training system. During the meeting, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang called for efforts to improve the country's medical training system by breaking barriers between medical colleges and hospitals.
In China, however, medical colleges and hospitals are governed by different departments. Therefore, establishing a coordinated system is of vital importance to fostering and improving the quality of medical personnel.
The premier urged the Ministry of Education, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and related government agencies to intensify their efforts to reform the training system and be more attentive to public demands. “The government agencies should explore effective measures to help medical colleges and hospitals complement each other and speed up the construction of the training system for medical personnel,” said Li.
After the meeting, Li Keqiang indicated further in a written instruction that coordinating resources between medical colleges and hospitals is an effective training method. Medical colleges and hospitals should make effective assignments on medical graduate internships, postgraduate rotation and clinical training.
国务院总理李克强敦促医师培训系统改革
2014年11月17日，在人民大会堂召开的国务院常务会议上讨论了关于加强医师培训制度的若干问题。国务院总理李克强在会上呼吁打破国家高等医学院校与医院之间的壁垒，大力改善国家医疗培训系统。
在中国，高等医学院校与医院归属于不同的部门管辖，因此，制定一个高效的协作系统对于医务人员素质的培养和提高是至关重要的。
李克强要求教育部，国家卫生和计划生育委员会和政府有关部门要加紧努力改革培训制度并且要加强对公众需求的关注度。李克强强调相关政府部门应当积极探索有效手段，加强医学院及医院之间的优势互补，加快医学人才培养体系的构建。
会后，李进一步在一份会议的书面指导上声明：协调高等医学院校和医院之间的资源是一种有效手段，医学院与医院应当制定对毕业实习生、研究生及医务人员的有效流转，以迎合医疗卫生制的改革的步伐。

President Zhao Attended 6th National Petroleum University Collaboration Conference
On Nov.21st, the 6th National Petroleum University Collaboration Conference was held at Chongqing Science and Technology University. More than 30 leaders among 13 nationwide petroleum and petrochemical colleges have attended the conference, at which SWPU President Zhao Jinzhou delivered a keynote speech.
The collaboration was divided into two parts, including the keynote speech in the morning and the forum in the afternoon. The National Petroleum University Collaboration was founded in November, 2007, composed of Petrochina and Sinopec which originally belonged to petroleum and petrochemical colleges. It aims at strengthening the friendly cooperation and mutual trust between petroleum and petrochemical colleges, promoting colleges’ all-round effective collaboration in educational reform, science technology researching, talents cultivation, subjects’ construction, campus culture communication and so forth, establishing favorable relationships between and beyond petroleum and petrochemical colleges.
In the speech entitled "Comprehensively Deepen the Reform and Improve the Quality of Talent Cultivation", Zhao introduced the developing actuality of Chinese higher education, especially industry-based universities, combined it with comprehensively reform practice of SWPU, and set forth the deeper thought upon boosting higher education reform and constructing connotative development system. He said, in 2014, SWPU reforming had involved 6 aspects and 204 items, prior to relative reforming measures. SWPU had been crowned with obvious success through serial reforming for almost one year. The speech has been well received consistently among the conferees.
校长赵金洲出席全国石油高校协作会第六次会议
11月21日，全国石油高校协作会第六次会议在重庆科技学院举行，全国13所石油石化高校的30多位领导出席了会议。红宝石官方网站hbs123校长赵金洲出席并作了主题报告。
本次协作会分两个单元，上午为主题报告会，下午为座谈会。全国石油高校协作会于2007年11月成立，由中国石油、中国石化原属石油石化高校组成，其宗旨是加强各石油石化高校之间的相互信任与友好合作，鼓励并促进各高校在教育教学改革、科学技术研究、人才培养、学科建设和学校文化交流等方面的全方位有效合作，建立石油石化高校之间以及与外部的良好关系。
赵金洲在题为《全面深化改革，提高人才培养质量》的报告中，介绍了我国高等教育特别是行业特色大学的发展现状，并结合红宝石官方网站hbs123全面深化改革的实践，阐述了对推进高等教育改革和构建内涵式发展体系等方面的深入思考。他说，红宝石官方网站hbs1232014年启动全面深化改革，改革内容涉及6个方面204项，相关改革措施先行先试，学校通过近一年的系列深化改革，已取得了明显的成效。报告受到与会者的一致好评。

Microsoft Will Release Consumers' Preview Version of Windows 10
On November 28th, according to a foreign technology site, TheVerge, Microsoft plans to hold a press conference to introduce Windows 10’s consumer features in detail next January.
According to informers familiar with the event, although Microsoft will attend the consumer electronics show (CES) in early January, it will also hold a press conference to show consumers the preview version of Windows 10 at the end of January.
Microsoft once promised, functions for the consumers of Windows 10 would be discussed at the beginning of 2015. Now it seems that everything is going on as planned.
The first time Microsoft released Windows 10 Was on a small conference held in San Francisco. The conference only lasted an hour, but it is said that consumers’ version of Windows 10’s conference would be more important.
Microsoft has many functions to introduce, including the new touch interface Continuum. It will also introduce the plan about Windows mobile phones and tablets in detail. It may also update the game console of Xbox One.
From the designing perspective, Windows 10 will support a variety of devices, including PCs, tablets, smart phones, the Xbox One and etc. We believe that Microsoft will announce more details of the consumers’ version of Microsoft Windows 10 conference by the end of this year.

11月28日，据国外科技网站TheVerge报道，微软计划在明年1月召开一次新闻发布会来详细介绍Windows 10的消费者功能。
据知情人士透露，虽然微软将出席明年1月初的消费电子产品展（CES），但它还将在1月底再召开一次新闻发布会来展示消费者预览版Windows 10。
微软以前承诺过，它将在2015年初讨论Windows 10的消费者功能；现在看来，一切都在按计划进行。
微软首次发布Windows 10是在旧金山召开的一次小型发布会上，那次发布会只持续了1个小时，但是据说消费者版本的Windows 10发布会将更加重要。

The 3rd Dream Cup English Speech Contest in SWPU Division Successfully Ended
On November 11th, the third “Dream Cup” English speech contest of SWPU division, in Sixue Building, came to its final with roaring success. Ms. Zhou Wei, Ms. Liu Yang and Australian teacher Elyse from School of Foreign Languages comprised the judges.
Through furious preceding competition in SWPU division, the judges of the English speech contest selected 8 contestants from diverse schools into the finals. The entire competition was segmented into two rounds including Prepared Speech and Impromptu Speech. During the first two rounds, focusing on the theme “Why Didn’t Chinese Children Dare to Enjoy Their Youth?” , contestants shared their specific opinions freely with smooth oral expressions. After two rounds of competition, 5 distinguished speakers reached the final, round 3. In this part, each contestant was required to deliver an impromptu speech about the topic randomly selected by themselves and to answer the questions uttered by teachers present . Besides that, before the terminal result was announced, two students performed melodic songs respectively, moderating the intense atmosphere on site.
After several rounds of fierce competition, eventually, Gao Jiaxiang from School of the Petroleum Engineering and Wen Xueyi from School of Foreign Languages were awarded the first prize , while three students were awarded the second prize and the other contestants were awarded the third prize. Additionally, the two contestants obtaining the first prize will participate in the Dream Cup English Speech Contest Finals which will be held gloriously in Sichuan Normal University. The competition not only exhibited students’ confident demeanor of SWPU, but also reflected the prominent oral English standards of SWPU and terminated the contest splendidly.
第三届“梦想杯”红宝石官方网站hbs123赛区英语演讲比赛圆满落幕
11月23日晚，第三届“梦想杯”英语演讲比赛决赛（红宝石官方网站hbs123赛区）在红宝石官方网站hbs123思学楼B201教室圆满落幕。到场的评委老师有来自外语学院的周葳老师、刘佯老师和来自澳大利亚的外教Elyse。
本次的“梦想杯”英语演讲比赛红宝石官方网站hbs123赛区经过层层选拔，最终确定了8位来自各个院系的选手进入决赛。此次演讲比赛决赛总共分为三轮，分别是自我介绍、定题演讲和即兴演讲三个环节。在前两轮的比赛中，选手围绕主题“为什么中国的小孩不敢享受它们的青春？”畅所欲言，用流利的表达和精彩的讲述表达了自己对该主题的独到见解。经过两轮的比赛，最终选出5位选手进入第三轮，选手随机抽题并立即发表演讲，再根据内容回答在场老师的提问。宣布比赛结果前的互动环节中，由两位同学给大家带来了优美的英文歌曲缓解了选手们紧张的心情。
经过激烈的角逐，最终来自石工院的高嘉祥同学和外语院的温雪艺同学获得了一等奖，三位同学获得二等奖，其他三位同学获得三等奖。两名获得一等奖的同学将会到四川师范大学参加第三届“梦想杯”英语演讲比赛决赛。这次比赛不仅体现了红宝石官方网站hbs123同学的优秀的英语口语水平，也充分展示了红宝石官方网站hbs123

American Riot Has Expanded to 170 Cities
According to CNN, on Tuesday, local time, the riot caused by Ferguson Case has already expanded to about 170 cities in the U.S.A. Some of the parading procession took over the bridges, tunnels and major highways. But different from Monday night, most of the parades were pacific. At the same night, 44 demonstrators were under arrest by police .
In New York, people from all the ages and races joined in the parade. One of the protesters raised his hands up high in the air and shouted “Do not shoot!” 100 policemen waited around the square without making a move.
In Washington, demonstrators including preschool children were lying in the streets, pretending to be dead. Even the prisoners from Boston began protesting quietly in the cells. From what local policemen said, even if thousands of people were marching on the street, but so far, there had been no incident of violence.
President of the United States of America , Obama made an emergency speech on TV on the night of November 24th. He indicated that he understood the disappointment and anger from some of the populace, but appealed for the respect from the common people to the decision made by the jury.
Also, Obama asked people not to overlook the improvement the America had accomplished on ameliorating the relationship between different races. In the future, they should focus more on the relationship between the police and the communities.

据CNN报道。当地时间周二，费格森案件引发的骚乱已经扩散至美国170多个城市。某些游行的队伍占据了大桥、隧道的主要高速公路，但于当地时间周一晚不同，大部分的游行都是和平的。当晚，有44名示威者被警方逮捕。
在纽约，游行群众覆盖各个年龄和种族，一名示威者高举双手，大喊道：“不要开枪！”100名警务人员在广场周围待命，但没有任何行动。
在华盛顿，示威人群包括学龄前的儿童，他们静静躺在人行道上模拟死人。在波士顿，就连囚犯都加入了抗议------安静地在铁窗内进行。但当地警察表示，尽管有1000多人上街游行，但目前没有暴力事件发生。
美国总统奥巴马24晚发表紧急电视讲话，表示理解部分民众“深感失望，甚至愤怒”的心情，但是呼吁民众尊重大陪审团的决定。
奥巴马还指出希望民众不要忽略美国在改善种族关系方面取得的进步，今后应努力改善警察与社区的关系。
