New Gaokao Reform System Will Be Built by 2020
新高考系统改革将在2020年前完成
A new reform system for college entrance exams, also known as gaokao, will be established by 2020, said Chen Baosheng, education minister and delegate to the 19th CPC National Congress.
据陈宝生，教育部部长兼第十九届全国人民代表大会代表所说，一项新的针对大学入学考试，也就是高考的改革将在2020年之前被执行。
A pilot reform for college recruitment has been put in place in Shanghai and Zhejiang province this year, Chen told cyol.com on Thursday.
陈先生在星期三告知“中青在线”网站，今年一个对于大学招生的实验性改革已经在上海和浙江省被实施。
The reform gives high-school students extra chances in the college entrance test and more choices in selection of subjects.
这项改革为广大高中生的高考带来了额外可能并且给科目的学习提供了更多选择。
The new measure will be tested in four other provinces this year before a reform system is to be built up nation-wide by 2020, Chen said.
陈先生说，在2020年改革的全国性执行之前，今年这项新举措将先在四个其它地区接受考验。
He said the reform on the gaokao system over the past five years has been the most extensive and challenging decision since the reform of the exam four decades ago.
他讲到在过去五年间对于高考体系的改革已经成为自四十年前重启高考后最广泛和最具挑战性的一项决定。
Other efforts to ensure equal access to higher education that have been carried out over the past five years, including admitting more students from impoverished or rural areas, and allowing children of migrating populations to sit college entrance tests in the cities where they live, said Chen.
陈先生提到，其他为了确保教育公平的工作已经在过去的五年间被执行，这其中包括接纳更多来自偏远地区的学生以及允许流动人口的孩子在他们居住的城市接受大学入学考试。

In deepening the Reform comprehensively, Shanghai has undertaken the Comprehensive Reform of National Education and Reform of College Entrance Examination experiment task. Yu Lijuan said, since the initiation of the reform in 2014, Shanghai has started 52 stipulations and 214 terms in many aspects including enhancing the ability of government education and management, implementing the basic tasks of educating people, developing all kinds of education at all levels. And now staged effect has been made. To comprehensively deepen education reform, we have to strengthenthe linkage reform, organizing connection within the education system, high school education and university recruiting work, also personnel training work must be organic convergence, and promote the reform of personnel training mode. In the meantime, as for the unauthorized charges and no-license operating problems in the overheated education market, Shanghai’s first mission this year is to take serious methods to maintain order in the training market at the compulsory education stage . The next step of the reform is to improve the entire educational ecology and make efforts to create the education which satisfies the people.
在全面深化改革布局中，上海承担了国家教育综合改革和高考改革的试点任务。虞丽娟说，2014年启动改革以来，上海在提升政府教育治理能力、落实立德树人根本任务、发展各级各类教育等方面出台52条214项重要举措，目前各项工作均取得阶段性成效。全面深化教育综合改革，需要加强教育系统内部的联动改革和有机衔接，高中教育教学和大学招录工作、人才培养工作必须有机衔接，促进高校人才培养模式改革。同时，针对教育培训市场过热且存在无证经营、乱收费等问题，上海今年教育系统补短板的一个任务就是狠抓义务教育阶段培训市场秩序规范问题，下一步还要继续努力不断改善整个教育生态，努力办好人民满意的教育。
On the list which was published not long ago of world’s first- class University and subject, Zhengzhou University is on it. For this, Liu Jiong Tian thought that the two first-class is not for us to talk about but to achieve, being on the list doesn’t mean we are worthy of the title, but does mean we are still trying to make it come true. We are going to create a number of world first-class universities and subjects to transform our nation’s education into one characterized by talent power. And he said “it’s a hard and long way to go , we must try our best.”
不久前公布的世界一流大学和一流学科建设高校及建设学科名单中，郑州大学榜上有名。对此，刘炯天认为，“双一流”不是用来说的，而是要用来干的。进入名单并不意味着已经是一流大学，而是强调向“双一流”的方向努力建设。要建设一批世界一流大学和一流学科，把我国由教育大国变成教育强国，“任重道远，我们要撸起袖子加油干”。

Apple Animoji is Suspected of Infringement, which Seems to be Knowingly Committed
苹果的Animoji涉嫌侵权似乎是明知故犯
On October 20th, it is reported that Apple was accused for the iPhone X's Animoji function because of the alleged infringement. Animoji is a feature Apple has launched on the iPhone X, in this way, users can send animated emojis based on facial capture
10月20日消息：苹果这次因为iPhone X的Animoji功能被告了，因为该商标涉嫌侵权。Animoji是苹果在iPhone X上推出的一个功能，可以根据面部捕捉来发送动态emoji表情。
But the name of Animoji had an owner earlier. Enrico Bonas said his Emonster k.k software development company in 2014 applied for the "Animoji" brand to the United States patent and trademark office, and got the trademark in 2015.
但是“Animoji”这个名称其实早就有主了，恩里克•博纳斯表示自己的Emonster k.k软件开发公司在2014年就向美国专利商标局申请了“Animoji”商标，并在2015年正式获得该商标。
And he revealed that apple was not unaware of the existence of the trademark, on the contrary, Apple had known it for a long time that "Animoji" had been trademarked.
而且博纳斯还透露，苹果并不是不知道这个商标的存在，才无意中“撞车”的，而是苹果很早就知道“Animoji”的商标已经被人注册了。
Bonas said, his development of application is called Animoji, and in 2014 had been on the apple's App Store, and apple had made its intention to purchase "Animoji" brand in prior to the release of the iPhone X, but he refused. Later, Apple even asked the U.S. patent and trademark office for a request to revoke the Animoji trademark, but there was no result.
博纳斯称，自己开发的应用名字就叫Animoji，而且在2014年就上架了苹果的App Store，而且苹果曾在iPhone X发布前提出向其购买“Animoji”商标的意向，但被博纳斯拒绝了。之后，苹果甚至向美国专利商标局提出请求撤销Animoji商标，但并没有结果。
So Bonas believes that continuing to use "Animoji" brand is a kind of knowingly tort, for which he had filed a lawsuit, and requested a court to ban apple from using the name of Animoji and demand compensation for economic losses.
所以博纳斯认为苹果继续使用“Animoji”商标就是一种明知故犯地侵权行为，对此他已经提起诉讼，请求法院禁止苹果使用Animoji名称，并赔偿经济损失。

共享单车战火延烧至美国
Apart from the rivalries of taxi service between Uber and Lyft, now a new war will take place in the field of transportation: the bike sharing.
在美国除了Uber和Lyft之间的打车服务竞争之外，现在交通运输领域又将出现一场新的战争：共享单车。
After Europe and China have witnessed the great success, sharing bike industry gets down to expanding to the United States. Besides the original cities, the participants of this “war” have “launched an attack” to more cities.
继在欧洲和中国等地取得巨大的成功之后，共享单车行业开始向美国大举扩张。除了原有的城市之外，这场“战争”的参与者们已经开始向更多的城市“发起进攻”。
The bike sharing seems a little similar to the previous bicycle rental business, however, users can rent and return the bikes directly by scanning the QR code. Unlike the traditional bicycle rental business which only provides the fixed returning places, bike sharing offers more locations to return bicycles which is more convenient.
共享单车与之前的自行车租赁业务看起来有些类似，但是用户可以直接通过扫描二维码的方式来租车和还车。而与传统自行车租赁业务只提供固定的还车点不同，共享单车服务提供了更多的还车地点，使用起来更方便。
What’s more, sharing bike also has built-in GPS positioning function, enabling users to keep track of their location or use navigational services at any time.

Companies like ofo and mobike have made unbelievable achievements in Chinese market, and have successfully set up a brand new system of public bicycle, and at this moment they are trying to fully expose their abilities in American market.
像ofo和摩拜这样的公司，已经在中国市场取得了不可思议的成就，成功的建立了一个全新的公共自行车体系，而现在他们正尝试在美国市场大展拳脚。
