On September 28^th, CNPC Scholarship (the 5^th term) signing ceremony was held in Beijing. Guo Shiyi, SWPU Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Kang Qijun, Chairman of SWPU Education Development Foundation, and Duan Liangwei, Chairman and Deputy Secretary of China National Petroleum Corporation signed the CNPC Scholarship Agreement.

CNPC Scholarship (the 5^th term) is valid from 2021 to 2025, and the contract amount with SWPU is ¥ 1.95 million, namely ¥390,000 per year. In the past 20 years, more than 1000 outstanding SWPU students have been subsidized by CNPC Scholarship.（by Liu Heng）
