On the morning of November 3rd, 2023, Veselin Vukotić, Rector of University of Donja Gorica in Montenegro,visited Southwest Petroleum University, together with a group of delegates.SWPU Vice President Liu Xiangjun met with the visitors. Both sides exchanged ideas on innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.
Liu Xiangjun, on behalf of Southwest Petroleum University, signed a cooperation memorandum with Veselin Vukotić, Rector of University of Donja Gorica. The memorandum includes cooperation between the two universities in project research and development, joint academic activities, research and teaching personnel exchanges, and student internship exchanges.
Liu Xiangjun introduced SWPU history, enrollment scale, and international student training to Veselin Vukotić and his delegation. Veselin Vukotić introduced the majors and disciplines, innovative talent cultivation, and international cooperation and exchange of the University of Donja Gorica. Both sides discussed how to strengthen communication and cooperation so as to cultivate more innovative talents with an international perspective.
